Non-stock items not going through poaapc

Hi,

I've clearly missed a setup or feature somewhere but i'm drawing a total blank ... we allow non-inventory items on POs and in most of our other databases they go through our payables clearing, but in the company I'm looking in they don't ... what have I missed?

Do you see entries within the PO Posting Journals?

The entries are in there, but the GL accounts for these items aren't there ... typically in our other databases the consumable non-stock items flow through the payables clearing.

It seems like the Posting Journal should have the G/L account. Are your account set account set up correctly?

Please verify P/O G/L Integration parameters in P/O setup menu.
I suggest to check the Create G/L Entries box for non-inventory expenses from Receipt/Return

trmeupey: clearly I'm missing something ... where is this option in the setup (Create G/L Entries box for non-inventory expenses from Receipt/Retur)? I guarantee you I've looked at whatever screen this is on, but I must be overlooking it.
