Hi experts,

I have a question. There are some values in the database that are repeated. However, I only want one district value to be displayed for each attribute. How do I actually do that?

Thanks

First, try using the database menu, and selecting the bottom option to "select distinct". This may not be on your menu if you are using an older version or if you aren't using a SQL database.

Otherwise create a group on that field (Insert - Group). Place all of the fields to print on the group footer, and then hide the details and group header sections. (Format - Section)

You will see only one row per group. Keep in mind the hidden duplicates will still be counted in any totals. Ken Hamady
