Hello guys,
I recently created a SIP extension on the NS500 using a Lifesize Icon 400 and 2nd generation Phone.
It says the extension is registered. However, I cannot call the analogue extensions from the SIP extension. When I try it the other way round, calling the SIP extension from the analogue extension, it goes through, but when the call is answered, there is no audio between the parties.
I believe this is a Codec issue. Am I mistaken??

Are they on the same subnet
Can you ping the dsp card on the network

if you have no audio on the same subnet then I would look at the dsp card, can you ping it,
