Non-Meridian IVR ports on Symposium?

I have an IVR application (Non-Meridian product)on our Meridian 81C. The IVR has a desktop logon id on our Symposium for call statistics, however, the Call Center Manager wants to view the IVR port status on Symposium (it was previously set-up on CCR, prior to my arrival here). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set this up. Do the IVR ports (TN's) have to be set-up as phonesets? I think I need to set-up logon ids for the IVR ports in Symposium? How do the IVR ports log into Symposium to be able to view the status of the ports? Any information is greatly appreciated.

setup a ACD-DN and then add IVR port TN's to the ACD-DN, I think you might need access link for symposium? If all works you can IVR reports, nortel have a standard template.

The IVR was sending a login sequence to CCR, however, I'm not sure how to send the login sequence to Symposium. Is the "access" link for that sequence to route to Symposium. I know we had some access ports in Meridian Mail, however, our vendor made some changes and never finished this part of the project. Do these analog trunks need to be "outed" and set-up the ACD-DN's you are referring to?
