I have an IVR application (Non-Meridian product)on our Meridian 81C. The IVR has a desktop logon id on our Symposium for call statistics, however, the Call Center Manager wants to view the IVR port status on Symposium (it was previously set-up on CCR, prior to my arrival here). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set this up. Do the IVR ports (TN's) have to be set-up as phonesets? I think I need to set-up logon ids for the IVR ports in Symposium? How do the IVR ports log into Symposium to be able to view the status of the ports? Any information is greatly appreciated.
