I am trying to create a report where the data comes from a query but I don't want it to be all on one long row. Instead, I want to drag the cells where they need to be. However, the cells seem to be tied to the headers and insist on remaining as columns but this report will be pulling up only a single, printable record where columns are not desired. Is there a setting somewhere to allow the cells to be dragged where I want them?

Thanks,

Don

Apparently you are using Access 2007 or later. In the report design view, select the "grouped" controls and select Arrange->Remove from the Control Layout panel.
