I've never set up a non-EAS call center so this is my challenge. I set up extension as members in the split, turned on bcms/vustats login, set the ID length, set the login/logout FAC. I can't login the station into the split. I list trace the station and I got a denial event of agent login failure. The login procedure I use is login FAC, split number, then login ID. What do I miss??
