Non Domain PC's

Hello all

Can a Windows 2003 server configured as the DC with DHCP serve DNS and IP's for non Domain PC's?. There is a Domain and a workgroup on the same physical network
 
Yes. No problems in network with many workgroups and domain DC's as DHCP and DNS servers.

This is fine the only difference is that non-domain PCs will not auto-register themselves in DNS. You might need add the DNS suffixes from what I recall
