Non critical files on NBP server.

I am currently backing up my Netbackup Professional 3.51 server using Veritas Backup Exec 8.5. The backup job is skipping certain files every night and I am trying to find out if these files will stop me restoring my NBP server to a usable state upon failure.

Can anyone let me know where I can find a manual etc listing what file names NBP uses to store its data, or any info which is more technical than the administrators guide on the Veritas website.
