Non business hours

Is there any way to program a button for non business hours? I have a customer who wants an after hours greeting but would like to turn it on/off themselves.

Sorry but no the closest thing would be for her to log in with F982 and make the business closed.

Its not so bad if you put 982 on a button and change the password of 982 (via 985) to something shorter.

Will that change the greeting and answer on first ring? I am trying to make this as easy as possible for them. Or do I program a second button for night ring?

bcm, the button won't make the greeting play that he wants.

mountain, yes if she sets it to Bussiness Closed then it will play whatever greeting you have set for that no matter what time of day it is.

*Update*
The customer does not want a Night greeting.
The customer would like to have only One information mailbox on their BCM50 that only answers after hours. No other mailboxes.

When I added an info box and forwarded to voice mail the general delivery answered. I turned off the General delivery mailbox thinking this would force the info box to answer. Now when forwarded to V.Mail I get a message saying "not available".

Is there a way to have an info message only?

Info mailboxes are not associated with telephones....that why when you created it the system did not ask for what ext:

Which voice mail system and software? you should always include this info when posting.

BCM is Callipot therefore you could build Tree 2 to answer at night.

Works but now I get an announcement before the info message plays.
