Non Block-dialing vs Block-dialing?

Dear all,

I have a problem at a customer because if you call an extension by block-dialing it is possible to reach the extension, but if you are trying to call him with non-block dialing the call is always routet after the second digit to the attendant. Where are the problems?

Trunk Group type is enbloc/enbloc, are there any Timers to set?
