on a Mitel 3300cx got a Nokia N95 setup through the sip.
internal perfect, incomming calls perfect, dialing out voice only comming in no outgoing voice.
Could this be a setting on the mitel?

Normal SIP answer to external calls is that in the N95 the RTP Packet size should be set to 20ms

MitelMatt,

This is the 3rd time I've seen you answer this question with RTP = 20ms.

Starting to sound like a FAQ.

Think you could be right!

If Jandleasa confirms this then i will.

What it is is Mitel's "SIP Server" only curretly supports RTP Packets of 20ms. This affects calls to the outside world. Internal calls are ok.

This is being addressed in a future revision i believe

Does this also affect announced transfers ?
I had this problem with nokia phones and the announced transfers
Then there way no speech at all
When it was a non announced transfer all worked well
