Hi all,
I know this a forum about checkpoint, but I figured I ask being that Nokia is build on checkpoint.
I have a few Nokia IP120, my problem is with access permission.
I'm trying to run the ipsoinfo command to generate a .tar file. It comes up with cpinfo not found and also access denied..Here's the log: But it does create the .tar file but I can't open it.
HIGHBRIDGEWALL[admin]# ipsoinfo
Saving system summary
Saving MANIFEST files of active packages ...
Saving IPSO configuration files (/config)
cpinfo: Command not found.
/var/etc/cpinfo: Permission denied.
rm: cpinfo.FIREWALL.11.11.2004-0707: No such file or directory
Saving CheckPoint log file (/var/fw/log/fw.log)
Saving local config files (/var/etc)
Saving IPSO log files (/var/log)
Saving cron state (/var/cron)
Saving admin dot files (/var/admin)
Saving console messages
Saving ipsrd dump state
Saving IPSO kernel status file (ipsctl -a)
Saving base IPSO core dumps (/var/tmp)
Saving other core dumps
Saving kernel crash dumps (/var/crash)
Compressing output file.
I did copy the cpinfo to the /var/etc directory and checked the permission the cpinfo executable.
also when I'm at the admin prompt and do a / why does it come up with access denied...I am using the admin acccount to login..
Any suggestions would be great.
