Hi,

I have a Nokia IP 330 that i no longer need.

I am going to sell it. However, should i flash the hard disk first? Can someone tell me what this entails and means?

Thanks

I believe you can actually reset all settings back to factory and or remove all installed products.

From what I recall the IPSO product won't work without license keys anyway.
But I understand your need to re-flash it.

Do you still have access to the Nokia support? They might be able to help you better...

David

it's all about security really,

if your not selling it with a licence then why put an ipso on it?

however whats more important is that no one is able to recover your orginal OS if they do they have alot of infomation , usernames passwords ip addresses, thats alot of knowledge in what could be nasty hands!

when we return our faulty kit we DOD format the drive first.

deleting the file leaves it on the Drive tho and that was the point i was trying to make really
