Nokia 6600 phone book back up - synch with O2.co.uk

It doesn't work (seems to sych okay and then says "server busy").

I have contacted O2 (several times before they finally responded). They recognise that there are issues between their service and te 6600 - to be resolved asap - by which time I'll probably have upgraded to the 6680...
