I have a Toshiba laptop, with a USB TDK Bluetooth adaptor. I am trying to get it to connect to a Nokia 3610i, to access the internet.

Under my Bluetooth Places, I have a dialup networking link to the 6310i which will establish a connection to the phone with no problems. However, if I try to access the internet at this point it fails.

There's obvioulsy something else that I'm missing that's needed to make this work.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks

Rob

You have to have some type of software installed. I am in the same predicament and a lot of web searching last night brought me to this point. I can access the phone (Motorola V600) via Bluetooth and I can change various settings on the phone remotely but when it comes to trying to access a dial up conection I have issues. I am using XP SP1

I had to install Cingular (my phone provider) software and subscribe to an additional data exchange for $20/month.
