Outgoing call on b-channel 22 has noise. i took b-channel out of service and outgoing calls are now okay. We bypass b-channel 22. My question is:
Is it my problem or the providers problem?
I replaced the DTM. They replaced their Adtran. Where do the b-channels reside in the BCM physically? Or do they??
