noise in the G650

I have a team Avaya CM 5.2
S8800 Server
1 G650 cabinet

The problem is that sometimes every 10 minutes you hear a noise from the relay activations analog card that I have connected.

Replace and analog card for another and same thing happens.

I have yellow lights on the IPSI and CLAN will have to do with this?

No it is?

If someone go through this and knows poker and I appreciate the response.

Is the shelf properly grounded?

The chassis is not grounded to earth, I have only the electrical connection 120vac independent polarized.
