Noise Distorsion in OSBiz network

IN
i upgraded hipath 3550 v 9.0 system to OSBiz v2 by replacing the mother board.
when i am calling to other subscribers in network there is a noise distortion and not able to hear.
i returned the old setup that hipath 3550 system mother board and voice is clear now.
what would be issue can any one guide me
