We are a manufacturing company that uses a TDE600 system with NT/DT 343 telephones in our offices, and NT/DT 321 phones on our production floors. A lot of times, mainly in noisy areas, when someone uses the overhead paging, there is a lot of feedback coming through the overhead speakers. Years ago, before our Panasonic system, we had analog phones with special screw-on microphones to suppress the feedback. Does Panasonic make a handset (or TDE-compatible phone) that can reduce feedback in noisy areas?

Thanks,

I don't think Panasonic makes these handsets, but contact they're a great telecom company out of Chicago that sells telecom solutions for almost everything. I'm pretty sure they'll custom make some for you.

Wow, they're got a LOT of cool stuff! Thanks, Astro!
