Hi all.

We have HP Openview Windows NNM Release B.06.41.

There are some nodes in down state and we dont have the active alarms in the browser. Is there any way to "refresh" those alarms and then they appear in the browser? We have done a "Poll node" but NNM doesn't generate any new alarm.

Thanks.

If you do unmanage/manage on the nodes in alarm. You should be getting "node down"´s in the alarm log. Otherwise these events might be set to log only in the event configuration.

It worked, all alarms appeared when i unmanaged and managed the nodes.

Thank you for your help.

Regards
