Hi you all, I've just joined this very useful forum on NMM. I'm using NNM 7.x for 4 months and I'm Facing this Problem: I have many routers and switches with more than one interface , and all node down events are correctly triggered, but when I have some Host( real host for example workstations) or some switches with only one IP Interface and this interface goes down I only have a IF Down Event but not the Node_Down Event. Can you help me?
Thank You All in advance.

Hi,

Have a look at page 379 in this manual :

This behaviour is due to a new correlation introduced in NNM 7.x (after 6.31 I believe).

You can disable it by re-configuring the correlation. I am pretty sure the instructions provided will revert to the old behaviour.

HTH.
