When I try and run a "standard nodal display" I receive the following:

Standard Nodal Display

Last server contact: 3/25/2010 2:35:52 PM
The system could not retrieve any data from the server because either the server connection is down, or there is currently no relevant data to display. If the server connection is working, then try launching the display again later.
Transmit Mode = Unicast.Page 0 of 0

I am using unicast. Any help greatly appreciated.

Is is just one display type, or all?

Since you are using unicast, you may have exceeded the number of connections defined in your CCMA server for unicast, if you have others logged in and viewing (typically defaults to 30, with the number needing to be adjusted depending on server capacity).

Also check on your CCMS to be sure you have enabled that RTD stream.

If you are not getting any type of RTD at all, you will need to do some other troubleshooting; let us know.

Thanks for the help. Here is more info. It is just the "standard nodal display" that will not work. RTD is enabled.
Thanks for the help.

What is the layout of the network connections from server to the PC where you are trying to run the Standard Nodal Display. In other words is there any switches or routers that might be blocing the Unicast stream ? ? ?

I am able to run other real time reports with unicast such as "standard agent display

What release of Server are you running what are your PEP levels ? ? ? If you can run other RTD with out problems then I suspect the server may not be sending out the requested info. However in another vein of thought timing can be an issue as well sometimes. Perhaps a Sniffer to see what is actually being sent ? ? ?
