I don't know if people in this forum hates combo box.
But I diddnt even get a negative response if it is really not possible..

Can I make the textbox portion of my combobox two liner? I mean how can I adjust the height property of the text box portion... i tried changing it in property window but it says that its read only...

I don't think this is possible.

You could duplicated what you want with a subform and text boxes. It would require some moderately involved code to make it work. You could have the record source of the form be the same as what you would use for the combo. In the appropriate event of the subform (perhaps 'Click') you would apply the key value of the current subform record to the field of the main form that the subform is representing.
