No winmysqladmin in bin

Hi Guys,

I just installed MySQL version 4.1.22(windows version). When I checked winmysqladmin.exe to open the GUI, that file was not found anywhere. Is there something wrong? did i miss something?

I hope I can find answer here... thanks guys in advance for the help.

mysql doesn't come with a gui as far as i know
