No voicemail through a Cisco 2811 router.

We have a 2811 router that when you call from an outside line and hit voice mail you can not leave a message it is like the mail box never hears you. If you call the extension of the voice mail box you can leave a message with no problems, only time you have a problem is when you go through the 2811. Any suggestions?

can you be more specific on how the 2811 is transporting the voice? Obviously it is a dtmf issue but without specifics on what you are doing we can't suggest any solutions.

By voicemail on the 2811, are you running Unity Express? You need to explain this way better.
