Hi all!

We have one phone system set up for two companies. The primary company has a receptionist who handles the main phone number whereas the secondary company's mainline is handled by a call flow.

Occassionally, and this is rare but it happens and I've been asked to look into preventing it, a call will be received for the second company, work it's way through the flow and end up at the correct person for company B. If that call ends up in their voice mailbox, during the greeting they can hit "0" and be sent to the receptionist...which only answers calls for company A.

Is there a way to disable their ability of pressing "0" to opt out?

Thanks in advance!

Each mailbox has a feature in it's admin settings called target attendant. Set the Target Attendant for each mailbox to be itself.

In the class of service, set personal target attendant to yes. Then at each mailbox make the attendant the actual attendant for that company.

Thanks everyone for the good info.

For the time being I had them just log into their mailbox and change the attendent to a hunt group I had set up.

Thanks again!
