I have a customer which has power user licences.

They use both Avaya Communicator and the preferred mobile app through a Cisco AnyConnect VPN.

The softphone works fine remotely with speech but there is no speech either way through the mobile app.

Any idea what could be causing this??

TIA,

Please can someone shed some light on what could be causing this?

I have been pulling my hair out for days!!

TIA,

The IPO is on 9.1.9.0 build 182 and One X server is 9.1.10.0 build 192.

Is that any help?

Are you using a split DNS for the mobile side of things? Ports open on the firewall?

All the correct ports are open on the firewall. I may be wrong but I thought split dns was only required if they needed to use the app internally and externally. As they are only using it over a VPN and not through the subdomains I didn't think this would be required.

TIA,

SIP remote worker enabled?

And yes, the IP Office can detect a NAT connection.

Avaya communicator extension is the same to Avaya one-x mobile extension? Did you check if SIP ALG is disabled on the firewall?
