No Voice Out for MGCONG

I am facing a problem with CS1KE 5.50 GR system for conference call, it have about 30 units MGC card. when i set up a 3rd conference call and connect it, all the 3 phones become silent, all party can not hear each other (I tested on 3 digital phone and 3 IP phone), when i trace the call and found the MGConf. loop sometime work only, e.g loop 125, sometime can work and sometime no.

I hv updated the lastest deplists and upgrade the MGC loadware.

finally the problem resloved, reinstall all the patch.
