Lots of changes in the office so I am reassigning phone sets. However I noticed that if a user transfers a call from one extension to the other it will not to go to voice mail. Even if I configure it to ring and forward to the reception phone it will not got to CP. All sets are 7310's. If the reception answers a call and transfers the call, same problem.
An external caller is able to leave a v/message after entering an extension # after the greeting comes on on that extension.
