I having some trouble setting up a new location within our CCM cluster. I have configured CCM the same as all previous sites using our standard model, and the same with the Cisco 2811. I can make outgoing calls no problem and have two way voice. But when I call into the gateway on a DDI from the ISDN30 the IP handset rings, but you have no tone on the handset of the originating call. Also when you pick up the IP phone to answer the call, it doesn't send the information back to the mobile / pbx phone to tell the device the call has been answered. I'm really looking for ideas as to where to look, I have been through Call Manager and can't see anything obvious it could be, and I have rebuilt the gateway. I was wondering if it could be the codec preference, we currently have two set up using both alaw and ulaw.
