no voice deteted with ipecs communicator

Hello,
I set up successfully a connection between my emg 80 system and my ipces communicator. the problem is that no voice can be detected when making a receiving a call. I tried to change the codec but ther problem remains. Has anybody an idea aout this problem

-router IP set correctly?
-IP channels available and free?

I checked ti IP router and the IP channels are available and free. On iOS system the problem is solved when activating 3 codecs simultanously. But on Android system the problem still persist and I have no idea about what the problem could be
