No visible servers when clicking on scripting feature on Lauchpad

HI Everyone,

When I log into the Contact Center Management, all I see is the hour glass on the cursor and don't see any servers. When I go to launch pad and click on Scripting there are no servers displayed. Not sure what the issue is but there doesn't seem to be any changes. The forums help is greatly appreciated.
 
Do you have the proper ActiveX controls installed in Internet Explorer?
If so what CC version do you have?

came in this morning and our PBX guy found the solution. Below are the cause and solution that he gave us when he fixed it. thanks again.

Causes were CCMS server ODBC DNS were deleted due to bug from CC6 or Symposium.

Resolution, Recreate the ODBC DSN for the system CCMS_xx.xxx.xxx.xx_DNS to resolve the Back end Sync.
