I went to turn on my computer on day and the monitor gave the message of no video. I thought it was either a bad video card or a bad slot on the mother board. I first replaced the video and still had nothing. I then proceded to replace the mother board and still nothing. I thought it could be a flakey psu so I replaced it. Still nothing.I also tried the monitor on my laptop and the monitor works. The only thought I have left is the memory. Is there any way that the psu could have fried both the old and new parts before I changed out the psu? or is there another posibility?

The cause can be the memory, or also the CPU or the MB shorting out.

Do any lights come on when you try to power it on (floppy, CDROM, Power LED on the PC, etc)?

As long as the BIOS is able to start its POST, you should receive a series of beeps which is coded to tell you where the problem lies. If you're not getting that far, then it's either a problem with the motherboard, CPU, or PSU.

Give that you have already changed most things I will stick my neck out and say CPU.
But:
reset cmos clear
Double check front side bus settings for the CPU you are using.
If Athlon/Duron? correct fitment of the heatsink fan unit with paste is vital (recess in the heatsink base positioned over the raised cam box on the CPU socket)
