All new installation. Intel D850GB Motherboard, 423 piin processor, Arcade FX Geforce2 mx400. When I bootup I get 1 long and 2 short beeps. Which means video problems. But, when I either hit the reset on the front panel or CTRL-ALT-DEL the system boots up goes straight into Windows ME. Windows then tells me the video driver is not working. Once I click okay, the system goes straight into the Window Desktop. Display is wonderful. I can restart at anytime after checking out or downloading, no problem. I cannot turn off the computer. It will not boot up again and I have to repeat everything from above. Please Help!!!!!!!!!! I'm a little flustered....... I have also, downloaded all of the newest BIOS, Drivers, and Upgrades.
