No Valid License

I was trying to login to smart dashboard and when i login i get the error message

"No valid license for Smart Center Server 10.40.1.1

This was working fine until 2 weeks ago.
Any ideas what would cause this or how to fix it.

the smart center server is a windows xp machine and our firewall is checkpoint vpn-1/firewall -1 ng r54 and our appliance is a nokia.

any help would be most appreciated. I am a newbie at Checkpoint. I inherited this firewall when i joined the company

As far as I know, Firewall-1 isn't supported on Windows XP. Are you sure that the management server is running on the XP box and not on the Nokia platform. I would guess that the XP box just has the management client software on(SmartConsole).

Either way, you will have to check your licence. Have you perhaps changed the address recently? The licence on the SmartCentre Server will be tied to its IP address.

sorry, just the console was on xp box..it was a licensing issue.

now i have a another question about secure remote.
our general manager wants to have full Outlook Access to her email. How do i go about setting up secure remote on both ends, server and client up and running.

i've already created a user for her, and an email access group
