I am receiving a 'no user response' error on the display of an i2002 connected to a BCM 200, when trying to reach a Cisco UCM extension at a remote site. Can anyone tell me what could be the reason?
NO user rsponse on the BCM is a Network Link issue or a Routing issue. Use the BCM Monitor to check that your IP Trunks are selected when you call the Number. That should
give you an indication that that the routing from the BCM is ok. After that you will have to monitor the CISCO to see what info your receiving.

I am now able to call the cisco call manager from the BCM. But there is no voice traffic from calls originating from the cisco ccm. From the BCM to the CCM voice traffic is good.
Calls from the ccm to digital sets on the BCM also work fine. but calls from CCM to IP phones on the BCM ring and are setup, but on answering there is no voice traffic.

it was again a codec mismatch between the cisco and bcm. the correct codec was selected under outbound faststart in the H323 gateway settings, and it's working fine.
