No User on 4412D+ Display 1

I am new to supporting the Avaya phone system. User is having problem receiving calls- Phoen doesn't ring, goes straight to vmail. Her display reads "no user" rather than her user name. She can't use any of the programmed buttons and can't manually retrieve vmail. Checked her config in Manager and looks fine. User can dial and use phone outbound. Any ideas what might be wrong?
 
She probably logged off the phone with the default *36 shortcode.

Logging in again is very simple:
*35*extensionnr*password#
If her extension is lets say 200 and no password configured it looks like:
*35*200*#

Then the phone would show her name instead of the no user.
 
That was it. She was wiping off her phone to clean it and somehow managed to log herself off. Thank you thank you!
