We have a BCM400 (v3.7) connected to a BCM50 (v1.00.2.04.j) via a private T1 using 4 voIP lines. When dialing across in either direction only the business name is displayed. How can we get the user info to be passed as well?

Do you have the MCDN keycode installed?
Plus in resorces - IP trunks check the send name display option.

You need to have a private OLI in order for the name to display.

send name display option is enabled, the mcdn keycode is installed on the bcm50 but not the bcm400 it appears, and the private OLI is set to the extension.
