No USB Printing support listed under Device manager/USB Controllers 1

Hi,

I have a Windows 7 client which can connect to for example a local HP Laserjet printer connected via USB

I can connect to a shared Zebra printer, shared from another client and print fine.

When I connect the Zebra printer to the Windows 7 client, it appears an 'unknown device' even when I install the driver and there is no 'USB Printing support' listed under device manager.

There is also no USB0001 local port and there is no USB printer enter in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USBPRINT

All drivers seem up to date and there are no other devices on the client without a driver - e.g the Chipset

Can anyone assist?

Have you tried different ports, at a client the Nice driver worked fine...
