No TurnAround Translation Object

Hi

I try to send a 997 to a customer ...
And Gentran keeps giving me the following error message :

There is no TurnAround Translation Object registered for the following document ...

I have this problem with a new partner ... and this new partner is set up as all my other one ...
BUT we had a major production down 2 weeks ago. and we had to recreate a lot of things ...
Do I need to register something ??
Am I missing something in my partner ??

When u send the 997, was this generated for by Gentran after an inbound receipt (ex: 850,810)or are you manually creating this document? Your need to check your INBOUND TP setups, click on GROUP tab, EDIT, ENVELOPE, etc.. BUT DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING --then work your way back out of the setup. On the TP that needs a translation/997 response, you should get a message like "A Functional acknowledgement is required...". You will then have to the OUTBOUND setup for the same TP. As far as I can remember, you don't need to choose a translation object for a 997 - it just needs to be setup with the right TP and with the right EDI version (3060, 4030...) Good luck!
