No TTS chanel for creating wavs in the preferred edition

Hi !

I remember that , in the past, with the preferred edition were avaiable 4 voice chanels and 1 TTS.

Now I have needed the TTS for creating propmpts, But I can't find the license. And the TTS is not available when crating the wav file with a text in the description.

Has Avaya removed this channel from Preferred ?
