I have one user occassionaly, when she tries to sent an e-mail she receives the following message:
No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.
She uses her outlook contacts so we know the address is correct and most of the time it is working. I checked all the settings and there are correct.
I triple checked the addresses, and it is correct. We tried a different address and the same message comes up. The user is getting very frustrated, the problem is it is not everytime, I spoke to the company who hosts our e-mail, since we don't have our own MS Exchange Server but there say everything is fine on there end.
