No translation group found...

Hi all,

PIX 5.15 with IOS 6.3(1)
172.21.14.0/24 = VPN Clients
172.21.11.0/24 = Local
172.16.0.0/16 = Remote LAN

172.21.14.0---pix---172.21.11.0/24---router-|-172.16.0.0/16


I need to access LAN 172.16.0.0 using a VPN client. At this moment I recieve an error message when I try to ping a host:

"No translation group found for icmp src outside :172.21.14.105 dst inside:172.16.21.1

How can I create a translation group from the outside interface(vpn) to the inside interface?
