Okay - here's the problem. Like a dummy, I installed Windows 7 and therefore, no longer have Windows XP on my computer. When I did that, I no longer have the tool bar up top (i.e. "Tools" and then click on "Internet Options", etc.) I am trying to install an update for Adobe 10 and I can't click on the Active X control (which does not show up for some reason now). What in the world can I do to get my tool bar back up top so I can update my Adobe?!? PLEASE, somebody give me some advice. Thanks!

When you open IE click to the Right of the open Tab with the Right mouse and select menu bar.
You should also see a tools list Right click on it and you get the option to show menu bar.Clicking on tools gives the option to access Internet Options.
keyboard shortcuts also work ALT+T brings up Tools Alt+F brings up File.

In both Windows Explorer & Internet Explorer, the file menu auto-hides. Simply press the Alt key to show the file menu.
