No timestamp on messages on call pilot

After upgrading my call pilot 201i to 5.00 I am not getting the envelope info played to me.. When listening to a new message it says.. Message from......sent today.....
with no info in the.....
I have checked COS and the mailboxes and I do not see any prompt for timestamp..

look at your mailbox make sure short prompts is not checked.

have you try to re-run configuration wizard and reinstall
the languages and prompts.
