No Text on mlx 10dp

Hello all, I have a customer with a legend r3 v2 that has MLX 10Dp telephonbes and they have text (who is calling & which line they come in on, not cid)(Internal lableing).

This appears on all but about ten phones.

there comments follow:

TEXT not displaying on the phone issue: it is NOT the phone… I tried with a couple of phones that do display text at other extensions and it still didn’t work… I checked the cables, swapped them out on both ends, still nothing.


any thoughts???

Are you saying that when THESE PHONES call someone their name doesn't display?

-OR- are you saying that when some on CALLS THESE PHONES they can not see the NAME OF THE PERSON CALLING THEM?

Make sure the "inspect" feature is not activated on these phones.
