I have had Corel's Dream 3D software (Version 7), unused, for some years.
However I now have a need for it, so am using your excellent series of lessons, to get current.
My platform is Windows XP home on a PC with adequate speed & RAM.
A problem I have found is when trying to use the Text facility.
I can drag the Text Icon to the perspective view, and the 3D text dialog box opens OK.
However when I type text into the box against the blinking cursor, the typed text fails to appear,
the cursor appears on the right side of the box, and the horizontal scroll bar has also moved to the right.
When I click "Done" and return to the perspective view, there is no text, only a wire cube.
If I double click this, the 3D text dialog box opens again as you would expect, but no sign of any text.
Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
