Has anyone run into a solution for: Call presented and no system resources available to receive the call.

I'm familiar with the "no port available" but this one I'm having trouble with. CPU and memory are good when this happens. Disk drive space is OK.

I should have mentioned that this is a BCM 400 and a business lines site. I have seen it on PRI sites but not chronically like the site I'm dealing with now.

A reboot "fixes" it for a couple weeks.

Yep, the software is all shiny new. Last month I applied the latest Avaya had to offer. I thought it was fixed when it ran clean for almost three weeks.

Are the lines being answered by an AA first.
If so then maybe try increasing the voicemail ports ( default 6)to a higher number EG: 16 ports to allow more resources.

The other issue could be the PEC cards on the MSC . (min 2)
Switch off system and reseat them.

Add more PEC cards if DSP resources are low. (Max is 4)

4 PEC's in the system already. None of them are over 36% but I didn't think to look at the DSP when the problem was happening.

It usually goes to an IVR but when I'm getting the "No system resources" error it's giving a ring no answer.

well i suppose you can try and reseat the PEC cards
I read this before from another post which people claim works.

Other than that maybe one or more PEC are giving problems.

After that i'm beat..no more ideas.

Good luck
