no summarize button when seting up a report.

I have Office Access 2007: Using report wizard, I get to the sort order box, there should be a "Summarize" button offered but it is not. Have I got a stripped down version or is there a fix for this??



 
There should be a Totals item in Grouping & Totals in design mode.
