No Subjects & Blank messages in Outlook 2000

Hi,for some reason I get some emails that do not have a subject. Then when I open the emails (from my dad, cousin and a couple other people) there is no message. I get a blank page. Why do I get this all of a sudden. Everything was working fine about two weeks ago. I have Road Runner cable internet access.

Try changing the text colour for all of the email - could be white text on a white background.

Its fixed...seems to be releated to IE6.0 beta.

I had to replace the mlang.dll file in the Win\system directory with on older file.

I have this problem too, but I cannot seem to get an appropriate replacement version of mlang.dll, and I don't know how to get hold of one. I found an mlang.dll dating from 1997 at windrivers.com, but it destroyed all explorer functionality, so I had to revert to the IE6.0 beta version.

prp76, if you are still monitoring this thread, I would be eternally grateful for a copy of the mlang.dll version 5.5 that will solve this problem. You could send it to me at tarik_wareh@hotmail.com.

I think I resolved the problem in the following way:
(1) Get a "dummy" mlang.dll file on hand from windrivers.com or some such. This is essential for later! Also, verify that the file ie5setup is somewhere on your system. (Otherwise, go ahead and get it from

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/.)

(2) Uninstall IE6.0
(3) Delete mlang.dll.
(4) Place your "dummy" copy of mlang.dll in C:\Windows\System.
(5) Run ie5setup. Select "reinstall all components."
